All Avelair compressors are built to operate within the safety margins of the drive motor, in an effort to achieve slightly higher output they do not overload the motor.

- Two stage oil and air separation. Cartridge type for quick and easy replacement.
- This separator stands for a residual oil content down to a mere 4mg per m3.

- Oil bypass on cold starting to ensure operating temperature is reached quickly to prevent excessive wear.
- Built in oil and air cooler. As a result the hot, wet compressed air that is generated within the compressor is cooled and most of the water removed, leaving only cool, high quality compressed air being discharged
- Air and oil circuits are fabricated in solid, rigid wear free cadmium plated steel pipework - the potential for messy and expensive down time is cut to a minimum and replacement hoses will not ever be required as in some brands
- Totally independent dedicated motor driven cooling fan providing highly effective cooling.
- Pressure control switch with variable time unload and shut down control.
