XP-SERIES – EXTRA POWER / EXTREME PERFORMANCE
This open-top two-post lift is a rugged 4 tonne capacity floor plate lift
that features a “Dual-Synchro” equalization system and user-friendly controls.
These advanced, state-of-the-art models feature dual, direct-drive
low-pressure cylinders that minimize leakage and reduce the workload placed
on the entire hydraulic system, an exclusive BendPak design feature saving
you maintenance costs throughout the life of the lift. Sixteen individual
maintenance-free UHMW load bearings, single-piece columns, extra-tall
lifting carriages and oversize 5” cable sheaves are an exclusive feature
found only on BendPak XP-Series lifts. This boosts performance still
further and vastly increases the life expectancy of the lift, a lift most
likely to be the last one you’ll ever have to purchase.

- Carriage slider blocks are made from
a space age ultra-high molecular weight UHMW polyethylene which is
virtually maintenance free and self lubricating.
- Safety position are located in each
column
- Automatic locks located in each post
for added safety.
- The hydraulic pump incorporates a
fully regulated pressure relief system to prevent overload.
- A meter flow control valve is built
into each hydraulic cylinder to safely control lowering speed in case
of hose rupture.
- Electric-hydraulic power is
equipped with an American made Industrial grade motor.
