Ownership for the goods transfer when we have been paid in full and delivery as taken place.
You the customer are responsible for inspecting goods on delivery, any damage should be recorded on the delivery note. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods or delivery discrepancies.
Under the distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website, excluding installed equipment. To cancel your order you must notify us within seven days following day of delivery. The product must be returned within seven days of us receiving your cancellation with the original packaging. Your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or email. Any stock goods wrongly ordered and returned within 30 days will be credited and may be subject to a 10% handling charge. If you have any doubts about the goods you require either make a note on order and we will contact you to confirm or phone us first.
Installed vehicle lifts are covered by manufacturers warranty, normally a service schedule at 6 monthly intervals in line with British Standards and LOLER regulations is required to cover any warranty, if this is not carried out the warranty may be void or restricted. Lift cables adjustment, chain adjustments and lift pads are not covered by warranty as they are normal wear & tear items. Air compressors should be serviced at 6 monthly intervals as a minimum.
Parts supplied should be fitted by a competent engineer, in the event of a warranty claim we would require photo evidence of the equipment where the part is installed. In the event of a claim for a lift cable we would need photo evidence of the route of the cables and the pulleys the effected cables are running on.
The goods must be returned in an unused and resalable condition. You are responsible for the safe cost of carriage back to us. You are recommended that goods returned are suitably insured to ensure that you may recover full value should the product be lost or damaged on its return.
The price you pay is the price displayed, all prices + vat, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order. Whilst all descriptions and illustrations provided are carefully prepared they are intended for general guidance only and do not form part of any contract. Prices are per item unless stated.
We make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible, delays are occasionally inevitable and time of delivery will not be of the essence.
We will not be liable for any business loss including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. We are happy to supply our Terms and Conditions in full if requested.
Please be aware that distance selling regulations do not apply to business customers.
