high efficiency electric motor. for instance, for an extra £220 an 11kw Avelair
compressor supplied with a Brook Crompton World series motor over 8,000 hours
running will provide a saving of around £302 when compared to a standard motor.
In addition the Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) has a fixed claim of £1260.
ECA is claimed on the corporation tax return form for companies and income tax
